Practice Changes: Coronavirus Safety Measures
The following changes to Teagardin Massage practices have been made in hopes of providing a safe experience for customers during the coronavirus pandemic. The pre-covid19 massage best practices are still being followed where they haven’t been superseded by the new guidance. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
1) Masks will be worn by the massage provider (me) and the client from the time I arrive and until I’ve left. This is for everyone’s safety. If you do not have masks available, I will provide a simple, sanitized, cloth mask for client use.
2) To avoid the spread of disease, I can no longer provide a table warmer. If clients have their own heating blankets or similar items we can use these, but my table warmer presents too much risk for spreading disease.
3) A verbal coronavirus symptom screening will be conducted before each massage.
4) If a client tests positive for coronavirus within 2 weeks of receiving massage you are requested to inform me as soon as they are able. I will use this information to access coronavirus testing immediately.
5) If I test positive for coronavirus I will reach out to everyone I have worked with 2 weeks prior to diagnosis as soon as I am able to so that you can seek testing. I will cooperate with official contact tracing efforts.
